And today is just one of those days – the glass is half empty rather than half full. Being positive and sustaining it does take energy at times. However, remaining negative takes even more.
I love the way Norman Vincent Peale puts it: “The person who sends out positive thoughts activates the world around him positively and draws back to himself positive results.” If we think we are going to fail we will, but if we believe in our self, take action, we can achieve whatever we put our mind to.
How true is that. What do you have in place to overcome days of feeling out of sorts? I go for a walk in the bush, or do some form of exercise. I make contact with people who I know will accept me for where I am at and make me feel inspired again through laughter.
And suddenly the world is wonderful again. Enjoy your day and seeing all the amazing people and things that are in it. I will be.
